In view of the third wave fears we have decided not to offer Offline/Physical Classes in September – December Session also.

Students are requested to note this and apply for Online classes only.

     We are happy to inform all the students that online classes will be a regular affair with Vivekananda Institute of Languages here after. We have found them to be as effective as (if not more) the Physical classes. We intend to save students their time, money and energy. We promise you all a happy and fruitful online learning experience.

New Spoken English Course admissions for SEPTEMBER – DECEMBER 2021 Session

The next session Classes will commence on:

Friday 17th September 2021 for MWF Batch &

Saturday 18th September 2021 for TTS Batch

Eligibility:

The minimum qualification required to join Spoken English course is SSC pass (and above 15 years)

The minimum age limit for obtaining application form is above 15 years (born on or before 2006), the maximum age limit is 60 years (born in or after 1961).

Foreigners are also eligible to take admission in Spoken English course.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

The following procedure is adopted for the admission:

The Candidate must fill the Application form and pay the fee ONLINE for taking Admission.

The interested candidates can enrol from Monday 09th August to Saturday 28th August 2021.

The admission fee for spoken English is Rs.1500 (including Application form, Tuition fee, Text Book & postal charges for postal delivery of the Text Book)

The Admission Fee for foreigners or Indians residing in other countries applying for Spoken English is Rs.2900 (including Application form, Tuition fee, Text Book & postal charges for postal delivery of the Text Book)

Candidates must upload the following while taking admission:

A copy of SSC pass memo.

Any photo identification i.e., original driving licence or Voter ID card or passport for verification.

One recent Passport-size photo for the Application form (old or Stamp-size photographs will not be accepted.

Important Note:

Kindly fill up all the columns in the application form and pay the fee online. Take a printout of the receipt. This Receipt is the confirmation of your Admission.

This admission is valid for this (September – December 2021) session only.

The duration for the whole course is of 4 Levels: Basic, Junior, Senior and Advanced levels.

Each session is of three months duration (approximately 36 classes).

 

Rules, students must adhere to while attending the online classes

·        Students attending online/offline classes are required to dress decently. They are requested to put on formal clothing, the attire that they would use when they go to attend classes in a physical classroom.

·        Eating food and drinking water while the class is on is not considered good etiquette. And also listening to the class sitting on cot or reclining on it is bad manners. It is tantamount to insulting the teacher who is considered an emblem of the Divine in Indian culture.

·        They student must ensure that other members of the family don’t intrude and disturb him/her while the class is on.

·        The student must see that he/she sits in a noise free area in the home/work place and should mute the speaker when the teacher asks him/her to do so.

·        Students are expected to login promptly on time as it would enable the teacher start class on time without wasting time

·        Questions and doubts must be asked only during the time allotted for that. Interrupting the teacher midway through the class should be avoided as it disturbs the teacher’s flow and other students as well.

·         Utmost respect must be shown to the teacher. If it is reported to us that a student is rude and impolite towards the
